Who do I contact if I need to ask you a question about the Kickstarter?

After checking through the FAQs section on the main Kickstarter page you can reach out to shannonmayerteam@gmail.com and my team will take care of you.

Which Titles are in each individual Omnibus:

I saw a Tier or Item online that I don’t see on Kickstarter: 

That was probably a secret tier or item, exclusively available from a certain source (like Shannon’s newsletter…) and you should be able to go to where you saw the tier/item and locate the link that provides access.

Can I get my Books Signed?

ALL the Omnibus Volumes will come signed by Shannon Mayer

Can I get them personalized?

That is not an option offered for this campaign. 

Will items from the Kickstarter be available in the merch shop later?

I do not plan to have many, if any, items left over. I plan to order what I need to fill Pledges with a few for giveaways. However, when the next Kickstarter launches for subsequent Volumes, I will be reordering volumes 1, 2 and 3.  Those will be considered reprints, not first editions.

Can I order just Book 2?

No. You can Order Vol. 1, or the set of all three Omnibus Volumes. Volumes 2 and 3 will be available separately in the next Kickstarter, when further volumes are released.

What’s in the Swag Box?

You’ll find out when it arrives. It will be Epic. If you look online for #MyMayerBox you may find examples of Swag Boxes I’ve done in the past. They always sell out. 

Is the Add-on Swag Box the same as the one in the tiers?

Yes. There is only one version of the Swag Box for this campaign. 

Do you offer payment plans?

The short answer is no. The long answer is no, but if you are a previous backer you can reach out to my team at shannonmayerteam@gmail.com and we will consider making an exception for you.

Are the ebooks and audiobooks the same as what I already have from Amazon?

These ebooks will feature the revised content going in the physical editions. The ebooks will contain some color artwork and other interior embellishments. They may not have ALL the fancy formatting, but they are an upgrade from the current Kindle Editions, plus they are in the omnibus format. 

The audiobooks will feature the updated versions re-recorded in dual narration by Lauren Fortgang and Dan Bittner for the Rylee Adamson series. The Rylee Epilogues also feature brand new recordings published in 2025. (The audiobooks will be very close to the revised print and ebook versions but will not match 100%) The audiobooks will feature the short stories and be grouped in the same order as the physical and ebook volumes. 

How will I receive my ebooks?

The digital items (ebooks -including the compendium- and audiobooks) will all be delivered directly to your Bookfunnel library using the email associated with your Kickstarter order, or to the alternative email you provided during the survey process. To read your book, log in to the BookFunnel app or my.bookfunnel.com using the email address from your Kickstarter order. *If you do not already have a Bookfunnel account you will need to create one using the email address associated with your Kickstarter order. 

Can I change my pledge?

Yes. You can continue to modify your pledge until the campaign ends. There will be a guide in the Facebook group demonstrating how to do so. Be sure to come back on Saturdays for limited time add-ons you can add to your reward.

SHIPPING Questions

When will I get my items?

My goal is for everything to begin shipping in March 2027.

You are responsible for any additional customs/duties/fees that your government or the courier imposes.

What if I’m moving between now and when the items ship?

Please access your survey through Pledgebox. If your survey is locked, then it is URGENT that you reach out to shannonmayerteam@gmail.com and request an address update. Please note, if you wait to do this until you get an email stating that a shipping label has been printed for your order, we may be unable to update your address, and if we are able to do a last minute update, you will be charged for the second shipping label.

International Shipping

Please note, the only shipping locations we are enabling during the campaign is the United States, Canada, and Australia. 

Backers outside those regions can use a forwarding service such as Stackry.

Alternatively,  you can Pledge for the Alex (digital) so that you are part of the project and will get a survey at that end. During the survey process, we’ll help you reserve your books and swag through an alternate method that helps us manage taxes more reliably.
