First, let me address a few Frequently Asked Questions:
What if I’m moving between now and when the items ship?
When will I get my items?
You are responsible for any additional customs/duties/fees that your government imposes.
If I chose the payment plan, how will I be invoiced?
After your initial payment at the close of the Kickstarter you will receive 2 invoices via Paypal. One in October and one in November, each for $75USD. Your books will NOT ship until all payments have been made. Any unpaid invoices will be canceled after 15 days minus a $20 USD administrative fee.
Who do I contact if I need to ask you a question about the Kickstarter?
Will items from the Kickstarter be available in the merch shop later?
Are the ebooks be the same as what I already have from Amazon?
These ebooks feature some of the same interior artwork that is used on the endpapers and the interior formatting for the Hardcover editions, and will include the author letter that is part of the Special Edition of Fury of a Phoenix. They do not have ALL the fancy formatting, they are an upgrade from the current Kindle Editions. The book content (aka the story) is the same.
How will I receive my ebooks?
Lost or Missing Packages
Packages are picked up by USPS on Tuesdays and Fridays. (UPS varies.) If your package tracking is not showing movement, this may be why. Your order’s label may have been printed, but is awaiting our next pick up date. Most often, we see new labels scanned within 48 hours of pick up.
If your package shows as delivered, but it is not yet to you, please give it 48 hours, and then contact the carrier to see if they can locate it, and contact us to let us know that you’re working with the carrier to find the missing package. If they are unable to locate it, we will work with you to get it replaced. We are unable to assist with any lost packages that show as delivered after more than 30 days from the delivery date, or missing packages more than 90 days from the date of shipment.

Have not received a tracking number?
First, please be patient. It is entirely possible that your order just has not shipped yet. We will update this page as shipping progresses. Even as others begin to get their orders, yours may still be in the queue. Many of the items from this Kickstarter are hand crafted in small batches by skilled artisans. They are not mass produced. This means that not everything will be ready at the same time.
Second, tracking information will come from ship@pirateship.com. Please search your inbox for an email from them to find your shipment tracking email. If you are unable to find it, check your spam box.
Please note, staff is unable to provide individual tracking or shipment updates until ALL packages have shipped.
SHIPPING TIMELINE:
The Nix Kickstarter will begin shipping in early October!
Planned order of shipments:
The First group to ship will be the book sets, in the following order:
- Ascendant Book Sets
- Enforcer Book Sets
- Illusionist Book Sets
- All other book sets ( except Payment Plan sets)
The Second product group to ship will be those with small packages:
- Hider/Tracer Tiers who did not add on anything larger than a coin.This group MAY end up going first depending on when overlays and the numbered certificates of authenticity for the books arrive.
The Third product group to ship will be the swag boxes. As space allows, additional add-ons such as coins and tumblers will ship with swag boxes.
- Mini Swag Boxes (With any tumblers or coins you may have added on, as space allows.) ( These will go first, while we wait for a few items to finish being crafted for the Premium swag boxes.)
- Ascendant Premium Swag Boxes (with the included tumbler, coin, and mystery item)
- Enforcer Premium Swag Boxes (With any tumblers or coins you may have added on, as space allows.)
- Magelore Premium Swag Boxes (With any tumblers or coins you may have added on, as space allows.)
- All other Premium Swag Boxes
Finally, we will wrap up with all other packages:
- Those who ordered more than one swag box, tumbler or book set
- Paperback sets that did not ship with any of the above groups
- Payment Plan Book Sets once all payments are made
- Anything missed in the groups above
Please note, if you are unable to figure out where your specific package fits in the list above, we recommend that you view your pledge on Kickstarter. Using that information, you should be able to identify where your package falls in the list.
The list above is an ESTIMATE ONLY. At times, based on the arrival of items, or ease of package grouping, we may deviate from or modify the list above.
