Your books 7-9 will feature the same customizations as Books 1-6:

Frequently Asked Questions:
Payment Failed:
Kickstarter will attempt to charge the card you have saved to your Kickstarter Account. If that is successful, great! You’re done until December 15th.
If it fails, don’t panic. Kickstarter will continue to try to resolve your payment for 7 days.
There are a few reasons why a payment might fail (outside of an account not having sufficient funds, of course.) Your bank may block the transaction because of the Canadian dollar currency, or because they are unfamiliar with Kickstarter as a shopping platform. This can usually be resolved with a call to your banking institution.
Surveys:
**Surveys have been sent to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account.
What if I don’t see the email yet?
Check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your “Promotions” tab. If you still can’t find it, search your inbox for “PledgeBox”
If that doesn’t work:
2. Click “Request New Invite”
3. Enter your email address (the one you pledged with)
4. Wait at least 10 minutes – then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies
There’s something wrong with my pledge!
That’s not impossible. If you notice something is awry, you can send us a message directly to ShannonMayerTeam@gmail.com and we’ll look at it for you.
What if I need to change my address?
As long as your items have not been locked, you can always change your address. Just simply log back in to https://backer.pledgebox.com/user/login and make the appropriate change. However, if you change your country, additional shipping costs may apply.
Apple ID Backers:
Backer pledged with Apple ID but haven’t fully set up their Apple Pay account (setup an email address to Apple Wallet) may not receive survey email directly.
In this situation, you have two options:
1. Add a Primary email to your Apple Pay account.
2. Use your Apple ID email to register a backer account on PledgeBox and complete surveys: https://backer.pledgebox.com.

What if I’m moving between now and when the items ship?
Guardians from the previous campaign only: If you back a tier that comes with books 7-9 your books will be numbered with the same number as 1-6 if at all possible. We noted down your number before, and will make every effort to match them.
Sentinels from this campaign: Your set of Books 1-9 that is included in your tier rewards will have matching numbers
For all other backers: You will not receive matching numbers.
UPDATE ON NUMBERING AND PERSONALIZATION:
Due to a new rule in the EU about product labeling, all of the books arrived to my team shrink wrapped. While we could unwrap and number them, we feel that the books will arrive in better condition to you if we don’t. So instead, my team will be EMAILING you with a number just for you that you can put inside your books 7-9. Please note: Books 1-6 are already numbered. I hope you can understand that I’m doing this because I want the books to be in pristine condition, and this is the best way for my team to do that.
The numbering emails are personalized to you, so it will take a bit of time for my team to get them all out — there are 700 of you, and only 3 of us—but keep an eye out for an email from shannonmayerteam@gmail.com titled ‘Your Number for the Forty Proof Series Special Editions.” If you have not received this email by June 1st, feel free to reach out to the team and request one.
Are the tarot cards the same as the previous campaign?
Yes, anything listed in this campaign that I have offered before is the same as previously offered. (Books 1-6, Tarot Cards/Decks, Alpha Territories Books, Nix Series Sets, etc.)
Can I change my pledge?
Yes. You can continue to modify your pledge until the campaign ends. There will be a guide in the Facebook group demonstrating how to do so. Be sure to come back on Saturdays for limited time add-ons you can add to your reward.

Is Kickstarter safe?
It’s understandable to be nervous using a new platform, or perhaps you have backed before and not gotten your rewards. Kickstarters do carry some risks, as creators are held to the standard of making their best effort to provide rewards, and sometimes they are unable to do so.
I can’t speak for other creators, but I promise for THIS Kickstarter that you will get exactly what you pledge for, just as my backers have for the past 2 campaigns.

Customer Service
If you have a question that is not answered by this FAQ page, our Shipping Updates Section, or in the Kickstarter Campaign page, please reach out to my team at shannonmayerteam@gmail.com and they will respond as quickly as possible. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for a response as there will be an influx of messages during this time. Please note, that I do not regularly monitor Kickstarter messages, so the BEST way to contact me is through the email above.
Lost or Missing Packages
Packages are picked up by USPS on Tuesdays and Fridays. (UPS varies.) If your package tracking is not showing movement, this may be why. Your order’s label may have been printed, but is awaiting our next pick up date. Most often, we see new labels scanned within 48 hours of pick up.
If your package shows as delivered, but it is not yet to you, please give it 48 hours, and then contact the carrier to see if they can locate it, and contact us to let us know that you’re working with the carrier to find the missing package. If they are unable to locate it, we will work with you to get it replaced. We are unable to assist with any lost packages that show as delivered after more than 30 days from the delivery date, or missing packages more than 90 days from the date of shipment.

Have not received a tracking number?
First, please be patient. It is entirely possible that your order just has not shipped yet. We will update this page as shipping progresses. Even as others begin to get their orders, yours may still be in the queue. Many of the items from this Kickstarter are hand crafted in small batches by skilled artisans. They are not mass produced. This means that not everything will be ready at the same time.
Second, tracking information will come from ship@pirateship.com. Please search your inbox for an email from them to find your shipment tracking email. If you are unable to find it, check your spam box.
Please note, staff is unable to provide individual tracking or shipment updates until ALL packages have shipped.

Here is the tentative order of how we will be shipping:

1. Books 7-9 of the Forty Proof Series to customers who did not order Bookends. (Small add-ons like Daggers and Rings, and Robert Hardcovers will come in these packages)[Complete]
2. Books 7-9 and Bookends (Small add-ons like Daggers and Rings, and Robert Hardcovers will come in these packages) [Complete. Mostly picked up. Final packages should be picked up 5/24]
3. Books 7-9 and Bookends with large add-ons like Alpha Territories or Nix Sets [Complete]
Once shipping is complete for the sets above we will move on to those customers who ordered books 1-9.
4.Books 1-9 and Bookends (Small add-ons like Daggers and Rings, and Robert Hardcovers will come in these packages) [Complete- due to holiday weekend the last packages will be picked up 5/29]
5. Books 1-9 of the Forty Proof Series to customers who did not order Bookends. (Small add-ons like Daggers and Rings, and Robert Hardcovers will come in these packages)[estimated that these will be mostly packed up before our next pick up on 5/29]
Once the two stages above are complete, we will proceed with the last group, which is customers who did not order books:
7. Small orders such as cards/stickers/art will be sent by snail mail. Larger add-ons such as Bookends, Alpha Territories sets, etc. will come separately.
Then, we will send out an update letting you know that shipping has completed with an invitation to contact us if your order has been missed.
Important things to remember –> It may take up to 2 weeks after you receive an emailed tracking number for your package to start moving. We print labels in large groups, but we’re a small team. Please remain patient.
Once your label starts moving, if it says delivered, and you don’t have it, please wait 48 hours and then contact us and your mail carrier to see if we can help locate the package. Do not panic, we WILL make sure you get your items. No matter what. No stress.
If there are damaged items in your shipment, please contact shannonmayerteam@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. If you believe an item is missing, please check the listed batches above to make sure it is not coming in a separate package before reaching out.
